Why this name?
La mayoria de los temas de Insomnia tratan acerca de los sueños, entonces el nombre nace de la premisa, que no es necesario dormir para soñar.
Most of our lyrics are about dreams, so I thought Insomnia can be a great name because it represents that we don't need to sleep for dreaming

Claro! nos movemos en el entorno limeño ante diferentes tipos de publico! es la forma en que interactuamos con ellos y nuestro objetivo es transmitir el sentimiento Insomnia
Sure! we have played a lot of times in front of very diverse audience. In our city, Lima (the capital of Peru), we have a place that s very known named: Barranco, we have played there in a lot of famous pub's. We have played in front of larger audiences too in festivals and big concerts we were invited. How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Lo cambio en una forma muy ambigua, porque es algo bueno si piensas a cuanta gente puedes llegar, especialmente si no hay recursos: pero economicamente para las bandas, realmente no es algo muy bueno, pero en fin, uno vive PARA ALGO.
It changed it in a very dualistic way, because is something really good if you think you can reach more people that only selling your cd's in stores, but if you look at it by otherside it would affect importantly the economy of the bands (specially on Peru where piracy is the country law and disc-stores are ruined)

It's a very anecdotic situation, like a destiny play because it made people of very distinct ages with music talent get together and mix a style of music that has part of ourselves. Isaac, the guitarist is 17 (and he plays 4 instruments), Richi Copaira (the winds) is 38 years old, Bruno Carrillo (drums) is 20 years old, I am 20 also (Im Boris the vocalist).

La ciudad donde crecimos y seguimos creciendo es Lima-Peru, amamos nuestra ciudad pero seria increible ir fuera a buscar nuevos horizontes (sin olvidar los principios claro).
