Why this name?
My name originally was Aphillyate. That was given to me by a friend and basically it shouldn't be hard to figure out what the story is behind that name, but lemme break it down anyway. I'm reppin philly so flip the script a lil bit change a few letters here and there and you get "Aphillyate" stemming from "Affiliate". But I shortened the name to Aphilly because there's too many "Aphillyates" out there now to my surprise. When I first had the name I didn't know of any cats with that same title but I've come across groups named that, even a label named that so I had to switch it up.
