Kicks and Acid
Kaos Theory are Lee and Jay, two hardstyle dj's based in the UK. They've been playing as a duo for nearly a year, with a few succesful sets at clubs like Frontiers of Sounds and Hotdog, both in the Notts area. They've now decided to go that extra step and start producing some proper hardstyle.
Why this name?
We felt it summed up perfectly what hardstyle is to us.
Do you play live?
Currently no live sets, though we do play the occasional dj set.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it's both a good and a bad thing. Good because it lets you hear music you may otherwise not, bad because the audio quality is appaling on a big system due to mp3 being a compressed format.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
aiming for labels like Sys-X, scantraxx and masters of hardstyle with our kind of sound.

Band History:
between them, Lee and Jay have over 8 years djing experience. Jay has been producing for nearly 2 years now, and is finally starting to be happy with the standard of his productions, Lee is currently learning the ins and outs of production, so for the fore-seeable future, any productions will rely on Jays skills. How ever the guys work well as a team, with Lee taking a full part in the production process.
Your influences?
Jay - Brain Ovulation, Technoboy, Trance Generators, Deepack, too many to list really, just want to create our own sound.
