in the fall of 2004, i took my gear and went to visit my grandpa in his rural southwest missouri home. since he was leading figure in igniting my love for guitar, i felt honored when he finally asked to record some songs at home. Granpas now 70 years old and pleased with the recordings.
His love of music and grabbing his guitar and headin' for the porchswing to sing and play are memories that i will treasure my entire life.
his hard work ethic and desire to put in more than you take out of life are worth albums of songs and more golden than any record is worth.
