DC's most anticipated hip hop artist to date has caught the ears of numerous labels: Avatar, Universal,Sony etc.. but has decided to release his cd on his own imprint A.S.Y. Recordings.

It helps the artist be heard beyond the average outlets
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If they have the deal I'm looking for. Just turned down Sony because they didn't comply with my needs.
