Arglas is a guitar-oriented pop alternative band with original compositions influenced by the songs that they cover - hits of the Pinoy alternative bands such as Eraserheads, Bamboo, and Rivermaya. Formed in 2004, they have performed in several bars in Manila, on television, public events, and have been featured in RJ Guitar Fest, Caloocan City foundation, and Redhorse Pasiklaban.

Band History:
After having decided to pursue his passion for music, Dante an employed technical personnel from the IT industry, met with his brother’s band then carrying the name “Non Fat”. It was in an impromptu jamming session right in the middle of a public performance. He made an invitation afterwards that challenges the musical skills of the band by playing his collection of unpublished compositions. The response was positive and the result is promising.

The musical influences of the group in terms of genre are the 90’s OPM band breakout, grunge, pop rock, new wave, dance music and basically feel good music.
