I am a solo musician at this time. I am mainly a guitarist, but I often add programmed drums, bass parts, and synth sounds to my home recordings. I record and mix everything at home on my PC.
Why this name?
It is based on my real name...
Do you play live?
I used to when I had a band, liked it alot!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has forced the record companies to look at alternative ways of marketing their product. Hopefully it has helped bring CD prices down as well.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I am not nearly talented enough to get a record deal, but if I got an offer I certainly would listen.
Band History:
I started playing the guitar in 1990. I had some bands but now I just write and record my own songs. I like to play covers of bands, mainly neo-classical, metal and progressive stuff.
Your influences?
Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, Cacophony, Yngwie Malmsteen, Paul Gilbert...
Favorite spot?
Santa Cruz
Equipment used:
Admira Solista, Jackson JDR-94, Rockster, Ibanez ATK-405, V-Amp2, Peavey Envoy 110, Jim Dunlop Crybaby Wah, Ernie Ball strings.
