Why this name?
My Dad gave it to me on the day I was born.
Do you play live?
I play live every chance I get. I have done a lot of coffee houses, churchs and outdoor events
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has made independent artist more avalable to the public
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I don't know, It depends on the deal.
Your influences?
I have been influnced by so many different kinds of music. I think I fell in love with music the first time I heard the Beatles. My influnces are mostly great song writers.
Favorite spot?
The Smokey Mountains,
Equipment used:
I am basicly an accoustic guitar player. My main guitar is a Tacoma 6 string, I also play an Epiphone 12 string. In the studio I will use what ever is available to get the sound I am looking for. For the more country sounding songs I used a Fender Telecaster and I think we used a Strat on songs like Something Different and That's How much He loved me. My Producer, Eric from EDB Studios in Warren MI, had a great sounding nylon string guitar, that he played on Fogiven and Heart as Hard as Steel. We did so many different things to make each song fresh and different.
