John Abella is a composer, musician, and producer whose music has been featured on NBC’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search and MTV’s Road Rules. He scored the soundtracks for the independent film Come As You Are (11th Hour Productions) and for the Intercoiffure World Congress (Tokyo, Japan). As a musical director, recent work has included the new musical Bazaar and the opening night gala of the Methodfest Film Festival. He has performed regularly as a lead guitarist in many of San Francisco's top blues clubs. John studied at Berklee College of Music and received his BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute.
