Well its a long story...............

Playing live is what we do best - we have played over 500 live shows in the last 3 years. Currently looking forward to tour - we are looking for great booking agents to book us for live play across the globe.

Well we guess that it helps alot for indy bands that have not the financial support to produce 10,000 CD's - we have been promoted through the internet via a specialized mp3 compilation that is deliverd for free all over the globe.

Having been around from 2001, Bitterside has made quite a name for itself with a style of music, which appeals to people of different ages and preferences in music. They have been engrained in the hearts and minds of so many, who like nothing else but good guitar-driven music redolent of a good-time vibe. With singles such as radio request favourite ‘Fire In My Pockets’ and an acclaimed debut album called ‘Somehow Different’, the four-piece showed that they have potential and ability to combine their individual ideas and tastes to create a sound, which is relatively fresh.

Bitterside is made up of Daniel, JJ, Alan and Kenneth who during the last three years have been both hectic and productive to say the least. Apart from the tasking live schedule-which, as anyone who has seen the band perform live will agree is one of their strong-points, and maintain a steady presence on the local airwaves, the band has produced, together with David Vella, their eagerly awaited debut album ‘Somehow Different’.

The album was very well received by local media, critics and fans. The band’s knack for catchy melodies is consistent, which is applied in various doses throughout the album, the difference separating the potential singles from the album tracks. The band picked ‘In me’ for their first single, from the album. The song, which is accompanied by a music video and a remix, was immediately a favourite and therefore heavily airplayed.

Presently, Bitterside are promoting the album with several gigs around the island and on several television and radio programs.
