The creation unit known as Factor MaX chose the name "Factor MaX" due to the inner drive to be a "maximum factor" in any desired area in life.
MaD MaXxx developed from an underlying theme of the letter "M". Mike Mosley and the name MaD MaXxx share similar initials. Along with the Millennium Music Mission M3 Records theme, MaD MaXxx is seen as a dark rebellious loner out for justice.
