Do you play live?
Sometimes, but I haven't focused on that... For instance I was playing a few weeks ago, and I have to admit that the crowd cheering, smiling and dancing DOES give you a rush :D
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It will make it easier to search for new music you might like, but as always, there will be the problem of finding the good stuff admist all the mediocrity. So I think there is still a niche for the labels, too...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends what I'm gaining. The internet already does the distribution to I think money is the only thing this would gain me...
Band History:
Aavepyörä is actually a collaboration of musicians that began in somewhere in 1994. Lately I've been the only active member though.
Your influences?
Oldschool goa, electro, EBM, 80s synthpop, ethno & folk worldwide...
Equipment used:
Software, microQ & samples of synths I've already sold... But software mostly these days.
