Well this isn't a band. I'm an artist/producer just tryin' to get in the game, ya know? Often times I bring my crew of friends and aquintences to do some of these knock-out calborations.
Why this name?
I've had the nickname D-Rok since highschool.
Do you play live?
I live in Laurinburg, NC. Do I like it? Yeah its straight, I'd rather be in Cali still, but if I hadn't moved here to NC I wouldn't be answering this question now.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives artist the chance to get some attention that they otherwise wouldn't get.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If it was the right time and right terms, who wouldn't lol.
Band History:
Lets see, I've been workin' on this rap thing since I was in the seventh grade. Its been along time comin' so show me and crew some love and support if your feelin us.
Your influences?
My musical influences are anything I can relate to and feel out. Weither it be rap, rock, jazz, it doesn't matter. Personally I'm into hip-hop with an alternative rock beat. Still I also like just straight up hardcore rap too.
Favorite spot?
The beach of course, skateparks, the mall. Anywhere I can just be around people and chill.
Equipment used:
For the most part I prefer to use real instruments.
