King Nicodemz's Bio
King Nicodemz, born Nicholas Ranson, March 14,1981 in Chicago, Illinois. The middle child of three siblings. During my childhood years, I was constantly surrounded by music. My father Jeffrey Ranson, was a local DJ. He played a lot of old school classics, from the Temptations, Lionel Richie, Diana Ross, and Luther Vandross. I was instantly drawn in. During my high school years, writing became one of my hobbies. I started off writing poems, songs, and screen plays. I later dropped out of school in my junior year due to family problems. At the age of 17, I started hanging out in the streets and really didn't know what I would do with my life. Me and my childhood friends would listen to rap daily and would stay up until the middle of the night freestyling. After two years passed, I realized that i wanted to make music my life. Whether it was writing songs, producing beats, or rapping.
I moved to Lexington, Kentucky at the age of 19, where I met the producer Special Fx born Derrick Burnham. We began to work together. During that time, I established a style and a uniqueness about myself. I began to receive a lot of good feedback on my music. My confidence built up and I became more dedicated. Now at the age of 24, I am 100 percent into getting my music heard. I possess something different and keep true to my lyrics in all of my projects. My music is for all ages, races, and cultures. I will bring the music industry a change. I will stand out from all artist in the game. In the year 2005, King Nicodemz will be heard.



Jay Hunter,s Bio
Jay Hunter was born and raised in the mean streets of Chicago. Real name Jeffrey Ranson I grew up just a regular kid trying to make it day to day in life. I was really into my school work because my parents pushed me to do good in school. A's and B's was the only thing that was coming home to mom and dad. Life In the Windy City was tough growing up with all the temptations out there. But I continued to strive and concentrate on my school work and staying out of trouble. But just like anybody else I had to see what was out there in the world and occasionally got into trouble. I mean who doesn't get into a little bit of trouble though right. I always knew i wanted something better for myself than just the average life though. I always felt my family had the talent and ability to do whatever we wanted to do. We went through some family problems and my mom decided to move to Lexington, KY. So we left the Windy City to start a new life in Kentucky.

I always loved all kinds of music growing up because my Dad was a DJ and exposed me to all types of music. We use to mess around and freestyle in Chicago but nothing to serious. I moved to Kentucky and ran into some people who got me into rapping more. I started to drop tracks and freestyle all the time and I felt myself getting better and better. I hooked up with Derek aka Special Fx and he hooked me and my brother King Nicodemz up with studio time and beats. We recruited P-Nut aka C-Rymez and Derek brought Ace Solomon with him and we formed a strong team. SWAT TEAM is what we call ourselves. And we trying to make moves to break into the music industry. With our dedication, hard work, lyrical power and tight beats, there ain't no way we can be denied. Watch out for Soldiers, Warriors and Thugs in the year to come.
