Do you play live?
I play in a metal band and we gig locally fairly frequently, but none of the stuff I'll be posting on this section. Check out my other band on www.mp3.com.au/onedeaddream
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It exposes people to more genres and people aren't as restricted to what music their culture enforces on them. It allows people to experiment with music they wouldn't normally trial, and allows artists to get their music across to millions in a much more convenient form. It can also act as a launchpad, much like this site does. :)
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Most definately.
Your influences?
My acoustic stuff is greatly influenced by Kelly Joe Phelps, a star modern acoustic bluesman. I also enjoy the more rockier stuff like Ani DiFranco and John Butler Trio, and the virtuosic fingerpicking like Tommy Emmanuel, Leo Kottke, Kaki King and Michael Hedges just blows me away.
