Well the name goes back to when i was about 6 i used to sit in my room in total darkness with no lights on jus thinkin and people would walk by and yell Lightsout. so i chose that because it is significant to me and i didnt follow alot of rappers way of choosing because some just chose a mobster or someone and use their name, im not tryin to be anyone else im tryin to be ME!

i stay in Cleveland Ohio on the east side where i was born and brought up i was in columbus for a year in 2004 for my first year of college so im getting my degree while also pursuing my passion. but im back in Cleveland which is where i get my inspiration for everything i write about.

The internet helps because it gives an artist a way of distributing their music to a farther area and helps establish better connections

yeah i would ( just not with anyone)i want myself known i believe i can bring something to the hip-hop industry which it has been lacking these last few years i mean alot of rappers are doing their thing but alot have fell off and some of these newbies surprise me they are signed. hip hop needs to go back to its roots ive heard rappers on here way better than alot of the artist you would hear on the radio and these mixtapes out here

i started freestyling ninth grade with my boy deshon and a group called Young Thugz who i still hold down til this day. but before then i was into writing poetry so i started freestyling off tha top of my head and everyone liked it so i kept at it and my boi Domino Ca$h ( who can be heard on http://www.soundclick.com/dominocash da boi is hot ) told me bout this so i decided to try it out. but right now i be doing my thing with my boi Magic E( Erik who is in a group called the STC Click which will have music featured on my page

My musical influences are : Eminem- he brought sumthin new to hip hop and showed u dont have to rap a certain way to get noticed just do your thing and people will resect that and plus he has excellent wordplay, Cassidy- he came as a new kid on the block and took the mixtapes by storm and showed the U.S, dont judge a man by his first single, 50 Cent- because he never thought he would be a rapper and when it was mentioned to him he decided to check it out and it became his profession, i neva thought id ever be rapping i was jus into poetry and expressing myself and like 50 where i lived made it seem like i wouldnt get that oppurtunity but i turned nothing into something that i cherish

Cleveland because i stay in tha hood and that is what has given me inspiration to write and helped turn me into the man i am today

i use cool edit pro on my computer and i also frequent my boi Magic E's studio within his home which he also rents out to area artist so if you are interested holla at me and ill see what i can do.
