Osyris here. Been rapping for a while, and just looking to improve.
Why this name?
Fits my style.
Do you play live?
I bust in L.A. from time to time, at Project Blowed or other Open Mic spots.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows many people outside of my local area to hear my music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Major, no... independant, yes.
Band History:
Right now it's just me, so no history there.
Your influences?
Hmmm... I'd have to say I grew up on Del tha Funkee Homosaphien. MF Doom is also another big influence for me. Then you have MC's like Pep Love, Mr. Lif, J-Live, that do their thing too. Anyone that sounds good, will influence me in some way.
Favorite spot?
Los Angeles and Oakland (hey grannie!). Also what up Cleveland, all my people out there... Birmingham and the Fam bam.
