All beats have a negotiable price. This price can be raised in accordance with the changes that may be requested to improve the beat and other production services. For commercial releases, an agreement must be reached relating to compensation for number of units sold. Once the beat is purchased, it will be removed from my page at the request of the buyer and will not be sold to another person.

When purchasing a beat, the buyer agrees to:
-Give production credit to Joel Gjertson (JG Soundz)
-Assume responsiblity for all necessary copyrights, sample clearances, and any expenses incurred.
-Share ownership of all copyrights with Joel Gjertson (JG Soundz) based on the amount of contribution by both parties.

Purchasing instructions:
To purchase a beat, contact me at jgsoundz@hotmail.com to negotiate a price. All payments can be made through Paypal, by money order, or by cashier's check.

Once the payment is received, the buyer will recieve a CD with the following:
-The mixdown of the beat as an .mp3 file.
-The mixdown of the beat as a .wav file.
-Each mixer track of the beat as a .wav file.
-Information about the samples used.
-Anything else the buyer requests.
