Rah was thinking of names for the group and Take 2 was the first one so we rolled with it. In the industry music is influenced by both r&b and hip hop and that brought us to the conclusion that it takes two.

Currently we play live in clubs, parties and talent shows.

The internet definantly gives up and coming artists a chance to be heard on a bigger level, and it also helps us get our music out easier.

No doubt. Right now we are doing the music because we love it, but a record contract is what every artist aspires for and we would take one if the label was right for our image and what we are trying to do as artists.

Lil Papi (Dru) and Rah (Rapheal) met thier freshman year at Augustana College, where they played football together. Later their love for music formed a close bond in their lives and they starred in a talent show with their first song Angel. Both having a small following in their local cities (St. Louis and Chicago respectively)as solo artists, they decided to link up and try it out as a group. Watch out for Take 2!
