Currently a project all to my own, just cultivating ideas, eventually planned to expand into a full band.
Why this name?
The King Crimson song of the same name is one of my all time favorites. It was a toss up between this name and Fracture.
Do you play live?
Campfires all around Huron County, Michigan =)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows the quieter voices to be heard by the crowd. It presents many more choices to the music listener... but it also waters down the market, and makes it harder to find things of quality. So, really, music is the same as it was before the internet came around, there's just more of it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, as long as part of the deal was that my band had full creative freedom.
Your influences?
King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Metallica, Neurosis, Tool, etc.
Mostly just Metal and Progressive music, with a bit of alternative thrown in (Radiohead, Failure, etc.)

Equipment used:
Currently I'm recording with just my Epiphone Les Paul Special and my Boss DS-1 Distortion pedal plugged straight into my soundcard.
I manage to make it sound a lot better than you would imagine. But there's still only so much you can do with a set up like that... heh.
I use Fruity Loops for all of my drum programming.
