When I (frank) was coming home from a trip to Toronto, I passed a sign on the new york thru-way that said "Waterloo" and below it was "Clyde". I figured those are two towns in NY, but i thought they worked well together for a band name. Plus waterloo being Napolean's downfall the name could have some meaning to it.

Not yet. We're writing as of now, but if / when we do it'll most likely be at the Teen CEnter in Gloucester.
