On The Fritz Feat. Longshot
Haiku is an up and coming artist representing the underground hiphop scene in Chicago. He is a pessimistic MC at best with knowledge to back up his bi***ing. Intensity and passion are first and foremost in all the art he creates.
Why this name?

Do you play live?
The live element for any MC is the most important part in getting people to realize you are human. If you see me play at a big venue, don't be surprised if you catch me performing the next day at a Bar Mitzvah. If you're in the Chicagoland area, you'll see me around soon enough.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's free, cheap, fast and efficient. What more of an excuse do you have not to use it?
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Only if Manny Fresh did my beats and Ashanti sang on the hook.
Band History:
I've been doing this MC and DJ thing for about 8 years now.
Your influences?
My taste in music sounds nothing like what I create, so don't think my taste in a band like The Velvet Underground is gonna sound anything like my album. I like loud and obnoxious music. Particularly noise rock.
Favorite spot?
I haven't been there yet, but Seatle looks real dope.
