With a simple intake of his music, kAo5 truely shines to be an advanced all around emcee. With such talents as, singing, poetry, producing, and acting, he is truely one of the games most versatile artists to date. His rich baratone voice adds to the lyrical geniousness of every verse precisely recorded. In the mind of a man that has been doughted as a rapper, you may see a culmination of views and thoughts inspired by the world under him. At his young age, he is an acclaimed producer in Kansas City, Missouri, working with rock artits and rappers alike. To many a mystery because of his quiet demeaner as a person, however, in his music he shines exposing his true thoughts. This artist is best described on multiple levels as, kAo5.

Why this name?

I believe that I am an unheard prodigy in the music industry. kAo5 (pronounced chaos) is in all actuality a goal in which I will attain with time and exposure. I believe that I am such unique individual that I am not like any one else. Hence, I spelled my name in the most outrages way I could think of. With the name ending in five, representing the odd side of me compared to the game, because five is an odd number. I chose my name because at first glance you wonder, "How do you say that?" I enjoy leaving a sense of inquiry to people.

Do you play live?

I am in a rap group, Da Royalz, and we perform live. So far we've been in 4 concerts, multiple gigs and two talent shows with Dem Franhise Boys, in which over 12,000 people were in attendence.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I believe that the internet has change the music industry for the better. I believe that if an artists has good music then the artist shouldnt have to worry about music piracy. A perfect example of this is with Outkast. In the midst of a political uproar in illegal downloads, they went 9 or 10 times platinum. I think that the internet has added a new level to music in itself. Just like television did for music. Now we have music videos. I dont undermine the internet or mp3s at all.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would.

Your influences?

I beleive that my biggest musical influences are Dr. Dre, Andre 3000, and Tech N9ne. Mostly because of their innovative styles that have yet to be matched. As a listener, I enjoy every type of music from country, rap and everything in between. If you listen to my music, expect to hear a change in what you usually hear. I express what is on my heart.

Favorite spot?

My favorite spot is the Lab. I'm a lab rat.

Equipment used:

For recording songs, I go to a professional studio. But for making my beats I use Fruity Loops.
