Dave Botluk has been playing guitar in various groups since 2002. He started in the experimental/ambient group The Early Birds. Continued with the disconjoined Westfield which split into two groups, The blues jam band Mr. Pink and the completely psychotic Unsinkable Molly Brown. Has also been involved in several other projects including the alt. rock/blues duo, Los Tres Diablos, Prog. Rock/Jazz duo, The Safwaars, and the avant punk group, Funktopus.
