Trans Atlantic Polyphonic Project
The members of our group met at a site on the web for musicians who record at home. Finding inspiration in each other's work, we decided to collaborate. A group member would post a basic track with percussion and bass and the others took it from there.
Trans Atlantic polyphonic Project was born and the music we have created together embodies not only the musical chemistry of our group but also the technical innovations that were required to produce a collaboration entirely over the internet between artists that have never met outside of cyberspace and who live in separate hemispheres.
We create exploratory music, delving into Ambient Space Music, Experimental Soundscapes, Dark Ambient and Progressive Symphonic Electronica, using a variety of Synthesizers from 30 year old Analog Mono Synths to the lastest in Synthesizer Technology.
