Why this name?
My mom and dad chose it for me. I couldn't speak yet, so they spoke for me.
Do you play live?
I love playing live. The adrenaline is a rush that no drug compares to. The band played live quite a bit in the late 1990's.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Eventually CDs will be gone. All music will be in MP3. There's been free music for years - on the radio. There was never a problem with people taping music off the radio - it was paid for by radio adds - same with TV. There's plenty of advertising on the net. I don't see what all the big hoopla is about pirating music. I think the record companies don't want to start thinking out of the box and get with the changing times.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Definately. If I could do what I love as my job, who wouldn't?
Your influences?
I'm mostly influenced by 1970's and 80's rock. I grew up listening to Floyd, Zeppelin, Rush, and Sabbath. I leater discovered fusion was heavily influenced by Jeff Beck, Steve Morse, and the Dixi Dregs. I've also studied classical music and love the music of the Baroque and Romantic periods.
Favorite spot?
Toronto. For such a big place you can get anywhere really easily.
Anything else...?
I did the music of Tarantula more or less as an experiment. If people like it that's great. I may write more like it in the future, but likely I'll be exploring different facets of music. One thing's for certain, I'll always try to keep it interesting!
