Why this name?
It was actually just a random name I created out of the blue that actually sounded decent. I am truthfully really bad at naming things.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Internet sales of music will grow more and more in popularity and more and more artists will see the internet as a great way to get exposure.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I started making music around 2 years ago (2002), when I found out about this program from a musician friend. When I started, I didn't know much of anything about making electronic music, so I had to really just teach myself. Needless to say, I was horrible then. I had taken piano lessons for a while years ago, so it helped me in learning the tricks of the trade. As time went on, I became better and better. Now, I am relatively satisfied with the quality of my productions, though I always try to improve on my previous work.
Trance, techno, ambient/chill out trance, new age, hip hop, rock (kinda). I listen to music that sounds cool to me, and I try to incorperate some of the attributes of those styles. My main influence is trance. That would be the defining genre of my music.
