I was watching TV and a doctor who was a specialist was called in to do a job that nobody was capable of doing in the er in order to help this patient that would die if he was not called upon to lend his expertise to the situation. when i saw that it dawned on me that a specialist is trained for one thing, but that one thing he is trained for he/she knows it very well and is called upon frequently to display his/her skill.

i think it is obvious already how the internet is changing the industry for the mere fact that a lot of labels, major labels are falling down by the wayside because the internet allows you to do what the labels do easily. you can now get your heard all across the world with a click of a mouse. because of that, prices of cd's have diminished and labels are getting swallowed up into other labels. in other words, the internet allows us, the artists, musicians to be independent, and not dependent on contracts and being screwed.

yes, but because of the internet i would be more reluctant to take a deal that was not worthy of my talent and abilities as a producer.

i love music!! it is in my very being. i am always beating on tables, desks, chairs, my legs!, whatever. i hear music in my head that hasn't been made yet! i just get consumed by it like its another world!!
