Why this name?
Rukas was a nickname I got at a young age for causing so much "ruckus". I flipped the spelling and started bombing it around the area and its stuck.
Do you play live?
I've done a few live performances and battles. I personally, dont enjoy performing live as much as others seem to. The crowd reaction is nice, but the creativity is always the same and repetitive. I prefer to be in a studio with a bunch of beats, a pen and a pad and get creative.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows a lot of unheard unsigned artists to have a voice on a global scale and brings hip-hop back down to its rawness, theres no bling online, just skill. But you also get a lot of phony kids playing MC or critic behind their monitor and not really knowing sh*** about life, the game or hip-hop.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the right deal came accross then yes, but until then I'll rock the independent scene.

Tupac Shakur, Hussein Fatal, Thug Life, Rakim, Nas, Kool G Rap, Talib Kweli, Meth & Red, anyone keeping it real and keeping it smart.
Favorite spot?
Europe.
