This is a solo work. I'm usually busy with my band Project Bluebird. I'm using Frou-Frou to experiment with on my own with producing Ambient/Electronic music. I'm rather tired of being in rock bands that fizzle out for no good reason before anything good comes of it. Everything is done using Propellerhead's Reason software and not much else really. Once in a while I will sample a real instrument.
Why this name?
I toyed with many ideas for a band name. In the end I ripped it off of a Cocteau Twins song and I think it's quite fitting for a not-terribly-serious music project
Do you play live?
I have played live many many times and it's the most fun a person could ever have. I haven't done any live performances with Frou-Frou however because I think it would tremendously boring for the listener.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes it possible to reach an unlimited number of people who will listen and maybe even buy something from you.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
of course!
Band History:
Not much history to speak of yet. I officially started doing this in the summer of 2004. Hopefully I will always be doing it when I have free time from the other many projects that involve myself in.

My influences are vast. but in regards to Frou-Frou they are: Robin Guthrie/Cocteau Twins, Brian Eno, Brian Wilson, My Bloody Valentine, Joe Meek, Chris Randall, Chemlab, My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, Electric Hellfire Club, Erik Satie, Tim Kaye, Olive, Harold Budd, Phillip Glass, Mitsuo Tate
