Just like many young people out there, i've been greatly influenced by MUSIC. All types of music. I love listening to music. The lyrics, the beats, every single aspect you can think about it. The way it can make you feel and think. And now i'm chasing my dream of making music and being the one to cause the reaction. I want my lyrics to move you like music moved me.
Why this name?
I believe that nothing is predetermined. Nothing has control of what happens to us in the future but us alone. Twisted Fate means that the past is connected to the present and future, but we control how we make it that way.
Do you play live?
Yes i would.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet allows bands that need exposure the exposure they need. Otherwise, a lot of great music out there would just be floating around unheard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends... Trying to entrepenuer independently with my folks as of for now. Where i go, my people go!
Your influences?
Hieroglyphics, Del the funky homosapien, pharcyde, Mos Def, Andre Nickatina, San Quinn, DMX, Nas, Tupac. Too many to mention but a lot of commercial rappers and local bay area rappers as well.
Favorite spot?
The Bay Area
