Why this name?
CRAIG: Well, we were discussing how the lights would be when we played live, and we wanted like one red light, and one blue light, and it would make a purplish colour. It clicked, and we stared at each other in amazement at how this name came to be.
Do you play live?
We haven't played live yet, but we'll be hitting Club Passim in Boston soon enough, once we get some more material.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it makes it a lot easier for small artists such as ourselves to be heard and get our name out. Definitely makes it a lot easier.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably not.
Your influences?
Quite contrary to the music we play, I listen to mostly metal, and Ginger listens to mostly trance type music. My biggest influences are bands like Metallica and Megadeth.
Favorite spot?
Boston, baby!
Equipment used:
I use an Ibanez GAX-70 guitar, and an old dean markley amp.
