i started making music in 87,borrowing dads 69 strat and lovingly gouging the strings with chopsticks,rocks twigs and other things.
(i think i still have the bruises from that one)....i would layer guitar drone sounds over really slowed down drum machine loops and mixing really creepy snips of religous programs in here and there.....my first synth drum machine and 4 track were a dream come trues back then.

in NO order ---main,SUN O))),autechre,eno,aube,merzbow,chop shop,sometimes pink floyd.i love old cheesy drum machine and toy keyboards i can take apart and rewire....

new mac laptop running abletin,absynthe etc.
circut bent equiptment,su700 and sp808 samplers,guitars,lots of drum machines,contact mikes in fields and in the woods......

i paint alot ,too.
