How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It distributes choice! More people have more access to more choices and can see for themselves what they like and buy what they can best relate to. Artists and listeners both benefit. On the other side, MP3 is a "lossy" format--like a portable FM radio--songs generally sound better as wave files.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
That's not really my focus. Aside from playing the occasional local venue, I prefer submitting music for film, TV, etc. through a music publisher.
Band History:
I have always had my own musical ideas, but spent way more time covering than writing! The digital recording revolution took away any excuses I had not to write and record my work.
We can fire up a PC or switch screens from something else we are doing and work on a song for 10 minutes at a time or for hours. We can hear notes as we write them and then print the sheet music. Amazing. So here I am with some of the results. I hope you like what you hear. I can't help but think of what Mozart would have done with tools like we have today.

Your influences?
Anything with heart and authenticity from acoustic, jazz, alternative, classical, world music...if it has heart--there's a bit of the artist in there-- and it has that "real" quality--not formula--it's worth listening to.
