New songs!
Uploaded three new songs: the appropriately but unimaginatively titled "2010 original song (working title)" (2010), the mysteriously labelled baroque-ish piano piece "Qux (2010 edit)" (1997, 2010), and the previously unpublished atonal ambient experiment "breaking of the ice" (2002).
Uploaded a slightly retouched digital samba, "Amazonas" (original 1997, this edit 2011).
Uploaded also two older works that have been unavailable for the last few years: "scratch memory of Merchange" (2000), "take away kahvi (edit)" (1999).

Listen.
Only by listening can you understand.
Only by understanding can you know.
Only by knowing can you acquire wisdom.
Only by being wise can you achieve enlightenment.
Enlighten yourself.

Why this name?
That is left as an exercise to the reader.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet offers a chance for artists to distribute their music more easily than ever and reach a larger number of potential fans all around the world. But that is probably obvious.
Will it change anything as far as the industry is concerned? No idea.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No.
Band History:
This band is a one-man project. I began writing ambient music in 1996.
Aside from some one-shot experiments, ambient has been the main genre. The most active composing period was in 1998-2000. The project was on hold from 2002 to 2010. New activity has been minimal, but the project is still at least nominally active.
New inspirations aren't as common as they used to be, but I have some material in storage that could become new songs. Time will tell.

Anything else...?
Update August 2011:
I'm back! From now on, any news will be in the news section.
Update May 2006:
I have re-uploaded a selection of my old songs from 1998-2000, so that they're available if anyone's still interested.
Check the lyrics/story links for each song for random facts and comments.
Where did the songs disappear in the first place? My theory is, to the same place where pairless socks go...
