7 Mile Scream is coming Live!
The venue: East Camden Bar & Grill
Date: Saturday, April 23rd
Directions: From I-20... get off at the Camden/Sumter exit, not the Lugoff/Camden exit. Go towards Camden, then go to Hwy 1 and turn right, that would be DeKalb Street in Camden. Follow this street until you see a Young's on your right. Continue past the youngs and look to your left for the sign. The bar is at the 1rst stoplight after the Young's, just in case you don't see the sign.

Keep Your Distance
We are 7 Mile Scream. A local band from Camden SC with a sound that "screams" for attention. One listen to our MP3 selections and you will know that we are a band that is on its way.
Why this name?
Our singer and drummer where in a band called 5 Mile Scream, so we added a new lead guitarist and a bassist, becoming 7 Mile Scream.
Do you play live?
Yes, we play live in SC. Mostly in the Columbia and Camden areas. We live for our live shows, we like to have fun and really get into our music.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It is definitely a positive thing for newcomers to the music industry, like us, as far as getting exposure.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell ya, we would sign a contract... what band in their right mind wouldn't?
Band History:
We've all been friends for a couple of years, and we decided that each of our individual bands weren't going so well. One night we all just ended up at Chris's house, we played together, sounded good, and just clicked. We've been together ever since. We hit it off so good that we had our first Cd together within a few weeks together!
Your influences?
Our influences are wide and varied. All together I think that the main bands today that we are influenced by and like are Jet, Tool, Puddle of Mudd, 311, 7M3, and Greenday.
