Why this name?
I wanted it to represent a non-descript appearance, yet accurate statement of my feelings towards life at this point in time.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It, in my opinion, changes everything. I am totally into open source (Linux/Unix, PHP, MySQL, and P2P networking. It opens the door for budding musicians to get their work noticed, and really good musicians a chance to sell their work, in spite of not getting the right record industry guy in their pocket!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course. I am not an idiot, but I am not that good, so it's not a real worry for me.
Your influences?
Depeche Mode and a lot of the new wave movement, Jean Michel Jarre, Francis Cabrel, The Beatles, Nirvana. Recently I have really enjoyed Keane and the Killers and some of the new stuff that's comin out. I spend a lot of time on iTunes looking for new stuff.
Favorite spot?
the pier - San Clemente, CA
Equipment used:
M-Audio Oxygen 8 and as many VSTs as I can get to work on my system. ProTools, Acid - Vegas and SoundForge. I'm saving my pennies for a Triton Extreme 88 Workstation - Someday it will be mine.
