Eulogy For Existence
Indrid is a five-piece melodic metalcore band based out of Poughkeepsie, NY. The five guys in the band love every kind of extreme music there is, and it shows in their music, ranging from grindcore to metal to punk. It's all there. Indrid is a fairly new addition to the hardcore scene due to the fact that it is made up of ex-Upon My Grave members with a replacement guitarist.
Why this name?
Indrid Cold is the ghost most people have heard of in the movie, "The Mothman Prophecies". He's the moth-shaped spirit people of Point Pleasant, West Virginia claimed to see back in 1966.
Do you play live?
We've played shows in Poughkeepsie, NY and New Jersey. More to come.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's a great way to get our stuff heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, absolutely, if the conditions were right.
