Jared Lekites is a singer/songwriter from Southern California by way of New England. Heavily inspired by the revolutionary music of the 1960s, much of his influence is evident in his sound which hearkens back to the more simple, bygone days of analog tapes and authentic instrumentation. Writing, performing, and engineering his music soley by himself, Lekites (now based in Oklahoma) has crafted and developed a unique and striking musical style.

His first independent release, 2010's 'Looking For Diamonds', was met with critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic with many comparisons to his idols The Beatles and Brian Wilson being delivered.
