Live Performance fees:
1. Half hour show - All expenses paid and $250 upon arrival
2. Full hour show - All expenses paid and $500 upon arrival
3. All commercials whether broadcast radio, internet radio, web site, or televised will cost $100 per commercial and all expenses paid for travel.
4. Interviews are all expenses paid for travel.
