Rick Summer has performed across the U.S. at festivals, coffee shops, colleges, clubs & other venues, vividly blending Acoustic Texas Blues, Folk Rock, Indie Pop and Americana arriving at style all his own.
Droit has opened for such artists as Peter Rowan, Nanci Griffith, Still On the Hill, Jack Hardy, The Derailers, Chris Chandler, Anne Feeney, Georgy Rock, Marienne, Danny Dolinger and others, his last CD released in 2007 titled "Kerrville Moon" is a collection of new original songs plus two great covers, one of "Landslide" by Stevie Nicks, the other of "Trouble In The Fields' by Rick West and Nanci Griffith.

Tentative release date is Christmas 2009
