We are a three piece punk band. We all met in North Dakota at college. Most of our songs are politically driven...
Why this name?
We chose Wise Up because, we are tired of all the ignorant people in the world.
Do you play live?
We love to play live shows, there is nothing like playing in front of people. We've played in Missoula, and Bozeman Montana, as well as Jamestown North Dakota.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows bands to get some recognition without having to succumb to the main stream pop culture that the music industry has become.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would sign to a label but only one that would agree with our political views. A-F records would be badass.
Your influences?
Anti-Flag, Pennywise, Flogging Molly, AFI, Thrice, Thursday, as well as the Vandals, the Ramones, Rise Against, Rufio and of course the f***ing Misfits
Favorite spot?
Livingston Montana, there is a huge punk scene there it rocks!!!
