Why this name?
atanus is sunata read backwards. sunata means "sunog na tae." we were inspired by burning shit.
Do you play live?
F*** Yeah!!! especially big events, but we prefer playing in front of friends and family, it brings out the best in us.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
it depends, if we have to be sell-outs then just forget about it. our band is all about attitude! we're doing this because we love it, not to be a rockstar or something...
Band History:
joco, enzo and bj started the band about 3 years ago playing blink 182 covers... after 2 months of playing bars, bj had to leave for guam. the band then hired the services of john to play guitars. bj recently returned home for good and atanus is now in full force...
