Just love playing guitar. Been playing since I was a kid... probably 40 years off and on. Started out strumming chords with my dad. During the '60s I got into a lot of folk music and finger style guitar. During the '80s I got involved for several years with classical guitar. Studied for some time in the Dallas area before moving back to Tulsa. Got into chord melody jazz about 6 years ago and have loved it ever since. Really enjoy a lot of the old standards, even if some refer to it as elevator music.
