Why this name?
The Remnant in the Bible is a small group of God's people set aside to preserve them during a time of judgement. We believe that as Christians, we are part of this Remnant on earth today.
Do you play live?
Yes. We love playing live and you can see our calender at www.remnantworship.com
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet lets people know what's out there and helps them decide whether or not to buy the CD. And for those who may not be able to afford CD's, the MP3 availablity let's them hear the tracks anyway, at least that is how I feel about our music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. We have our own independent label called 'Remnant Songs Ltd.' and we currently handle all our own publishing and marketing but we would welcome a broader distribution base. We are distributed in the USA by Grassroots Music Distribution presently.
