How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
New technology has opened up many ears and minds to different music styles and artists. And if distribution and access to the music is handled correctly, it's great.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, if the situation was right.
Band History:
Jennifer is a sweet little crop, straight outta the fertile fields of the Midwest...a native of Grand Rapids, MI. It was there that she discovered her desire for song writing and performing. Throughout her life and with the constant encouragement of family and friends, she enjoys every opportunity to entertain.
Your influences?
She has always leaned more toward the smooth grooves and rhythmic beats of R&B and Hip-Hop, yet also appreciates the musical diversity of Pop. Some musical influences that have affected her sound and style are Sade, Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys and Toni Braxton.
Favorite spot?
Favorite place to be is Home Sweet Home, with her family in Michigan. But she tries to take in the eclectic and beautiful atmosphere of her other familiar homeland, South Florida, as much as possible. When traveling, some favorite hot spots are Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. Who doesn't love getting out and painting the town!
