This is where I'm holding onto my "Super Winner" position by the skin of my teeth. It's a damned fine site for budding composers.

Being an admirer of the masters, my work is an exploration of what riches can be found in music with form, development and the subtle interplay of ideas, instruments, and harmony - and how they can still speak to the hearts of listeners.
Why this name?
I didn't pick it - my parents did.
Do you play live?
Yes, though not so much since I've begun writing more, and letting others take the heat on stage.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet and the advent of the ubiquitous mp3 format have made it both more difficult for music artists to reap financial benefits from their work - AND also make it much easier for them to share what bounces around in their noggins with others. Evens out, IMO.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If a recording company offered me a contract, I'd have the world by the ass on a downhill push.
Band History:
A completely self-taught composer and performer, I've performed on the piano in Hartford, New London, and New Haven for various charities, and have a classical recording at local record stores.
Your influences?
Bach, Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven, and Saint-Saens, to name but a few.
Favorite spot?
Upland, CA
Equipment used:
I use an incredibly ancient sequencer called Midisoft by Sessions, my mouse to enter notes, Cakewalk to edit and flesh things out a bit, and some wonderful soundfonts I both purchased and downloaded for free on the 'net.
Anything else...?
I'm available for composing works on commission (preferably chamber or orchestral), and am actively seeking experienced musicians to perform my stylish yet authentic music. In my spare time, I hope to win Lotto (Classic, not Powerball), and continue to make the best damned martinis this side of the Mississippi. I've recently shaved my head in an effort to obtain better television reception.
