Outtland was formed in the early 1990's by Derek Olivero and Dave DeRaneri..Friends who have been playing music since their early teens..When life got hard they could always turn to music..growing up in brooklyn ny,you experience many things both good and bad..the good outweighed the bad ..and outtland was born
