FIRST AND FOREMOST: If you use a beat (Leased OR Exclusive) you MUST give me proper credit for the beat. Just because you purchase it exclusively doesn't mean you made it. If you attempt to pass it off as your own legal actions WILL be taken.

1. LEASED RIGHTS - $50-$150. You will receive a 192-kbps encoded MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of soundmarks). You will also receive the raw .wav file. These files can be delivered digitally or through the mail on CDs with the untagged beat as computer data and also as playable audio. Leasing rights will allow you to use the beat for commercial and non-profit promotional use (Ex. websites, label demos, background music, and shows. Your album should not exceed anything more than 1,000 copies. You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. I also own these beats 100% and can license them to more than one person. Purchasing leased rights then reselling them to other artist is a voilation of contract terms and doin so voids contract. Extreme legal measures will be taken and upheld. If you are on a lower budget then your best bet is to go with leasing rights; the price is much lower than exclusive rights.

2. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS - $250-$400. Standard Pricing, but prices on exclusives rights vary. You will receive a 320-kbps encoded MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of soundmarks) and the raw .wav file. You will also receive a CD with the untagged beat as playable audio. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the instrumental in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). Once purchased, no one else may further lease or buy the same beat. You will receive a contract in the mail granting you full exclusive rights to the beat. Purchasing exclusive right entitles me to creative credits for the production of the beat (in your album, mixtape, etc.).Inquire for exclusive prices.

ALBUM PACKAGES: Album packages are available. Album packages prices will vary. Contact for a free quote. Album packages include discounted prices on the number of beats selected (the more beats chosen, the larger the discount is on production cost). CUSTOM BEATS: Custom beats are made from scratch and are made exactly to your standards. All you do is give me in detail exactly what you are looking for and we will work from there.
