We are mainly jsut 2 friends having fun making up strange songs about whatnot. There is our local Emo legend who we are not big fans of, so some of our stuff makes fun of him. Hehehe. Mainly jsut doing this forfun though.
Why this name?
We chose our band name because then we could have a CD called "Put Your Drink On It"
Do you play live?
Shaunn does, but I havent played live yet. As The Coasters we intend on playing live, but havent yet. We will probabyl only be playing in places in Richmond
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet/mp3 are a great way for people with no futur in music to inflict theri music on others. This could possibly creat a futur. I also find it really usefull how I can get music by pretty much anyone for free. then if I like their music, i'll get the real CD.
Band History:
Well, it all started after getting a new Video Camera. We filmed a strange video involing an apple and alot of sad imagery, and then wrote a song for it. hence the Apple Song. Then we were hanging out and wrote Pieces Of You after making fun of Emo. Then we decided to make us a band!

Favorite spot?
I like Vancouver alot. I especially like the Kits area. And I like concerts at the Plaza Of Nations. Victoria is also really nice. Pretty much anywhere in Victoria except infront of that one hotel... The Douglas. Oooh BAD place. Graz, in Austria would be a cool place to play. I like that place alot. But it could really use friends from back home.
Equipment used:
I use a Norman 12 sting guitar. The other guy uses a nice 6 string. I think it is also of Canadian make. Then we use an Emac with a little hole for a microphone to record. Then the magic happens in Missouri.
Anything else...?
I have a really nice pair of shoes.
